  1. Can I put my house for sale with a Realtor – the buyer Attorney called the day of the closing and said the buyer did not get the loan from a bank and the buyer will try another bank. But I only have $12,000.00 a year and if don’t sell my house I will loose it. I can’t live on only $12,000.00 a year.
